Background: The effect of physiotherapy with Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), facial exercises and tapping for bells palsy. Objective: To evaluate the effects of physiotherapy with EMS, facial exercises and tapping for bells palsy. To analyzed clinical features of patients presenting with bells palsy. Methods: A 55-year-old male with past medical history of hypertension presented with complaint of left facial drooping and unable to closing left eye and weakness of two weeks duration. The studies with physiotherapy with EMS, facial exercises and tapping in associated to treat bells palsy. Results: The results show that the physiotherapy sessions obtained the best effect of the electrical muscle stimulation, facial exercises, tapping in the treatment of bells palsy Conclusion: The effect of physiotherapy with EMS, facial exercises and tapping for bells palsy outcome structurally and functionally improved, early EMS and facial exercise may improve functional recovery and prevent muscle atrophy.
