Abstract :
Septic arthritis of the pediatric shoulder is a rare condition, with a prevalence of around 35% of all septic joints. There is a lack of data available regarding its clinical presentation, clinical course, and treatment. Additionally, septic arthritis of the shoulder is often stated to be a disease of infancy and is commonly associated with osteomyelitis of the adjacent bone.
