Functional Outcome Of Distal End Of Radius Fractures Treated With Volar Plating
Dr. Balathithyan. R. , Dr. Madhukar
Abstract :
The incidence of distal radius fracture accounts of 17% of all fractures. The cause of the fracture in young population is due to high energy trauma like road traffic accident and in old age mainly due to low energy trauma like fall. In our study we assessed 27 patients who were treated with open reduction and volar plate fixation for distal radius fracture.
